Staffing Agency Sales Manager
Will participate in prospecting for new staffing clients, creating agreements between agency and clients and marketing agency services to clients.
We hire candidates with Human Resource, Management, Recruiting and/or Sales training and/or backgrounds.
Telephonic B2B Sales
Flexible work schedule from home.
We compensate $0.35 per call and provide a negotiable commission structure for new business. We offer direct deposit on a bi-weekly basis.
Computer skills and resources:
Ability to use a variety of electronic information applications/software programs, electronic medical records experience
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, excellent keyboard and web navigation skills
Access to a secure computer in order to accommodate data entry within required timelines
High speed internet connectivity (DSL or cable modem; recommended speed is 10Mx1M for optimal performance)
Successfully sell staffing services to companies
