Will participate in a variety of responsibilities as needed to improve the accuracy, quality and correctness of AGH Care Manager and Field Reporter assessments, reports and care plans, which may include communicating with Care Managers, determining assignments, requesting and managing assessment documentation from inception to the submission to client stage.





We hire candidates with Medical Chart Auditing, Quality Assurance, Utilization Review, Health Information Management, Home Healthcare and Registered Nursing backgrounds.

Flexible work schedule from home.





We compensate $10-15 per hour based on activity per successful file submission to client. We offer direct deposit monthly.






  • Associates Degree must have an Associates level college degree


Required experience:

  • Home Healthcare

  • Medical Chart Auditing

  • Quality Assurance

  • Utilization Review

  • Health Information Management

  • Registered Nursing


Computer skills and resources:

  • Ability to use a variety of electronic information applications/software programs, electronic medical records experience

  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, excellent keyboard and web navigation skills

  • Access to a secure computer in order to accommodate data entry within required timelines

  • High speed internet connectivity (DSL or cable modem; recommended speed is 10Mx1M for optimal performance)

Care Management/ Field Reporting Auditors-Team Leaders will help Care Managers:

  • Determine, Confirm and correctly document and submit assignments

  • Identify needed assessment documentation

  • Ensure accuracy and correctness of Care Manager submitted documentation

  • Send Care Manager assessments after review to AGH Care Manager clients

  • Save received documents from fax, email and upload to appropriate assessment record and file folder

  • Communicate needed or missing documentation or scheduled activities to Care Manager

  • Respond to inquiries from Care Managers and Care Manager Clients regarding assessment accuracy, items to be corrected and omissions





  • Assist Care Managers in successfully submitting 100% accurate and correct assessments without omissions
