The Appointment Setter will contact candidates by phone to encourage them to complete their applications and schedule future follow-up conversations with their Recruiter.

You may maintain updated candidate records with plans, notes, appropriate forms, or related information. You may advise candidates on issues related to their employment applications. You may contact clients by phone to ensure they have completed required or recommended actions.

You will utilize:

Written Comprehension — The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. 


Problem Sensitivity — The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.

Communicating with Persons Outside Organization — Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.

Maintain client records.


Advise clients or community groups on health issues.

Assess individual or community needs for educational or social services displayed.

No medical license required, but healthcare experience preferred.


  • Telephonic phone outreach


The positions starts as Per Diem and calls may average 2 minutes each.


We compensate $0.35 per outbound call note. Representatives are expected to generate no less than $50 per day utilizing available provided contacts. We offer direct deposit on a bi-weekly basis. 



Computer skills and resources:

  • Ability to use a variety of electronic information applications/software programs, electronic medical records experience

  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, excellent keyboard and web navigation skills

  • Access to a secure computer in order to accommodate data entry within required timelines

  • High speed internet connectivity (DSL or cable modem; recommended speed is 10Mx1M for optimal performance)

Recruiting Telephonic Interview Schedulers will:

  • Call a minimum of 150 candidates per day


  • Provide candidates with information needed to complete their online job applications

  • Update candidate profiles

  • Document candidate interests

  • Confirm candidate information

  • Coordinate follow-up discussion between candidate and Recruiter

  • Provide candidates with information needed to complete their online job applications
